At the recent GUAG event held at Liverpool Hope University teachers received an excellent presentation from Matt Farrell who works at a local Liverpool Primary School – All Saints Catholic Primary School in Anfield.

An important aspect of the Get Up and Goals (GUAG) conference, held in Vienna, was to give teachers and project workers the opportunity to share their experiences of integrating child refugees, and child asylum seekers into their communities, schools and classrooms.

The Get Up and Goals project is part of an ambitious pan European programme working with teachers to inspire a generation of global citizens with shared values on human rights and environmental protection.
